This website (“Davinci Pack”, “we”, “our”, “the Site”) operates as an informational and review platform.
We publish text materials, product overviews, commentary and plain-text links pointing to resources hosted on third-party servers.
1. No hosting of copyrighted files
The Site does not upload, host, mirror or transmit any copyrighted archives, plug-ins, templates, graphic packs or other binary files on its own servers.
All materials directly available on davincipack.net are limited to textual content (articles, descriptions, reviews, metadata and plain-text hyperlinks), comparable to entries in an internet search index.
Any downloadable files referenced on the Site are stored exclusively on third-party hosting services not operated or controlled by us.
2. Third-party sources and responsibility
All external files referenced by links on this Site are hosted by independent providers (file hosting services, developer websites, marketplaces, user-generated platforms, etc.).
Any issues with hosting, licensing, or removal of such files must be addressed directly to the third-party provider that actually stores and distributes the material.
Complaints submitted to our hosting provider or other infrastructure partners instead of following the DMCA process may be considered improperly filed and may experience significant delays.
3. Nature of the content on the Site
The Site primarily provides:
• editorial articles and reviews about video editing tools and asset packs;
• informational pages describing products, authors and features;
• plain-text links to resources already publicly available on the internet at the time of publication.
We do not claim ownership over any third-party products, trademarks or brands mentioned on the Site. All such rights remain with their respective owners.
Mere references to product names, screenshots, marketing descriptions or other publicly available information do not constitute distribution of the underlying commercial files.
4. Fair Use & Public Interest
Our articles, descriptions, comparisons and screenshots are used for purposes of criticism, comment, education and research.
Such activities may constitute fair use under 17 U.S.C. §107.
These usages are nominative, transformative and do not replace or diminish the market value of the original commercial products.
Before filing a DMCA notice, you should ensure that your claim does not target fair-use content. If uncertain, consult legal counsel.
5. DMCA Compliance & Safe Harbor
davincipack.net operates in compliance with 17 U.S.C. §512 (“DMCA”).
The Site qualifies as a Service Provider under 17 U.S.C. §512(k)(1) and is entitled to the safe-harbor protections under §512(a) and §512(d) for the functions of:
• transmitting or routing information supplied by third parties;
• providing information-location tools such as hyperlinks.
Submitting a false or materially misleading DMCA notice may result in liability for damages (including attorneys’ fees) under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
6. Requirements for a valid DMCA notice
Your written notification must include:
1. Identification of the copyright owner
Evidence showing that you own the copyrighted work or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Contact information
Full name, physical address, and a valid email address.
3. Identification of the copyrighted work
A detailed description (product name, version, official sales page, etc.) and the location where the legitimate file is legally offered.
Optional but recommended: cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the original file for accurate identification of the digital asset.
4. Identification of the allegedly infringing location
A CLICKABLE direct URL to each specific davincipack.net page where the infringement allegedly occurs.
General claims such as “your site uses our product” or links only to articles containing public descriptions are not sufficient.
5. Evidence of infringement beyond public descriptions
Since the Site hosts only text, you must demonstrate that a link on our page points to an unauthorized file stored by a third-party host.
Public information, changelogs and screenshots alone do not satisfy this requirement.
6. Good-faith statement
Affirming that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
7. Accuracy and authority statement
Declaring, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
8. Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the authorized party.
Send all DMCA notices to: support@davincipack.net
Only complete notices containing all required elements will be reviewed.
7. Policy on Repeat Infringement
We may, at our sole discretion, limit, restrict or terminate access to the Site for users who repeatedly submit or share links to infringing content after receiving valid DMCA notices.
This policy does not imply control over third-party file hosts, which remain solely responsible for the files they store.
8. Processing of notices & technical limitations
Upon receiving a complete DMCA notice, we will:
• review the complaint;
• remove or disable access to the specific links on our Site where appropriate;
• optionally notify the contributor (if applicable).
Please note:
• We cannot delete files stored on third-party servers.
• Removal of a link on davincipack.net does not remove the content from the internet due to caching, mirrors and re-uploads.
• Vague, incomplete or incorrectly formatted notices will be rejected until corrected.
We may also publish validated DMCA notices (with personal data redacted) for transparency and educational purposes.
9. Counter-notifications
A user may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) stating that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
Counter-notices must include:
• identification of the removed material;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken;
• consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts;
• a physical or electronic signature.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restore removed content.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this DMCA & Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
